"God provides the armor, but we should put in on."
--this is like the Filipino saying "Nasa Diyos and awa, nasa tao ang gawa." It means God provides us with the circumstances, the factors that affect them, the sources, etc., but things couldn't be done without our initiative. We can't just wait for things to happen for us.
